Our
I.Mission: our mission is to give girls from 5th to 8th grade strategic and social-emotional mentoring to motivate them to be self-sufficient learners inside the school setting.
II.Vision: Our pathways and vision is to prepare them for success through
the self-empowerment and enhancing each of our students' “motivational excellence” to become willing,aspiring, driven learners and leaders.
III.Mentoring Curriculum: We used research based mentoring activities and lessons that cover more than 30 critical social and emotional skills, and students learn how to communicate effectively. They learn how to make informed decisions. They learn how to set and achieve goals, resolve conflicts, solve problems, respect one another, and more. https://www.overcomingobstacles.org/
